02 - Review
We review your Rider Profile Assessment to ensure the best package, in terms of both fitment and performance, was recommended. We then contact you to discuss your system and installation availability.
03 - Authorize
Once you review the estimate, confirm your appointment day/time and secure your spot with a deposit, you will be placed on our schedule and the chosen product will be set aside just for you.
04 - Perform
On the day of your appointment, we will review the package with you once more, confirm preferences, do a thorough pre-installation check, perform the installation and verify our standards were met through a quality control check.
05 - Confirm
Before processing your final payment, we will demo your new Loud & Clear motorcycle audio system to you to verify functionality and satisfaction. But the real test will come when get out on the open road!
06 - Adjust
At your scheduled follow up, we will address any concerns and make appropriate adjustments to improve performance, so long as they do not put any component at risk for damage.
07 - Refer
You tell all your friends about the amazing job we did for you and we give you a referral bonus 😉

We're not a general motorcycle shop that happens to install audio. Audio is our specialty. With years of experience designing and tuning high-performance systems, we know how to get the most from your equipment and your investment. And we start with the rider—not a generic package.
Are you a motorcycle shop or an audio shop?
We're a motorcycle audio specialist. Our focus is designing, installing and tuning audio systems specifically for motorcycles. We don't treat audio as an add-on. It's what we do.
How do I know which system is right for me?
That's what the Rider Profile Assessment is for. It looks at how you ride, where you ride and what you want from your music, then helps identify the system that's best suited to you.
But of course, the final decision is always yours!
Why do you start with the Rider Profile instead of my motorcycle?
Because your motorcycle tells us what we can build. Your Rider Profile tells us what we should build. Once we know what system fits you, we'll configure it specifically for your motorcycle.
Do I need the biggest system you offer?
Not necessarily. More equipment doesn't automatically mean a better experience. We match the system to how you ride and what you want from your music—not simply to the biggest option available.
Do you work on all motorcycles, or just Harley?
While we do specialize in Harley Davidson motorcycles and that brand does make up the majority of the aftermarket audio market, we can upgrade the sound in other makes as well and plan to add those systems to our offerings soon!

Can you tune the system to my personal music preferences?
Absolutely. There's no single definition of great sound. We use our experience to tune your system around what you want to hear—whether that's clarity, balance, bass, impact or volume.
Why is professional installation and tuning important?
A great system is more than a collection of components. Proper installation, configuration and tuning help your equipment perform as intended and help you get the most from your investment.
How much does a Loud & Clear system cost?
Pricing varies by system and motorcycle. Once we know your Rider Profile and motorcycle, we'll show you the appropriate configuration and investment.
What happens after I take the Rider Profile Assessment?
You'll discover your Rider Profile and see the system designed around your riding style. From there, you'll provide your motorcycle information so we can determine the exact configuration for your bike.
Do I have to buy a system after taking the assessment?
No. The assessment is designed to help you understand what type of system fits your riding style. There's no obligation to purchase and you don't even have to give us your contact information to get your Rider Profile or recommended system.
Can I talk to someone before deciding?
Absolutely. After you complete your Rider Profile Assessment, just simply provide your contact information in the provided fields before clicking Submit. We will receive your Assessment and reach out to you to discuss your recommended system, any recommended modifications and to answer any questions you may have before moving forward.
